Recently, under Jerry’s leadership, our team completed an important reconstruction of the servo system. According to the initial test results, the new servo system showed a clear improvement in performance. The motor rigidity became stronger, and the motion response became more stable.
This was not just a simple software adjustment.
It was not just another round of parameter optimization.
It showed that our team has gained a deeper understanding of AGV/AMR motion control systems. It also marked another step forward in our capabilities in motor control, servo drives, and system integration.
For our customers, an improved servo system means more stable movement, more reliable steering, stronger load response, and smoother vehicle control.
For HKT ROBOT, every technical upgrade comes from many hours of discussion, debugging, testing, and review by the team.
To thank everyone for their hard work during this period, the company organized a team-building trip for the AGV team to go sea fishing on a floating fish raft in Huizhou.
That day, we stepped away from the office, the test bench, and the computer screens. We came to the fish raft, surrounded by sea breeze. In the distance was the open sea.
Under our feet were gently moving wooden boards. Around us were the same teammates who usually work together on design changes, parameter tuning, and project deadlines.
Some people cast their fishing rods with skill. Some were trying sea fishing for the first time. While waiting for the fish to bite, everyone joked, talked, and took photos.
As the fishing lines dropped into the water and the sea wind brushed across our faces, the fast pace of project work slowly faded for a while. With each fish caught, the laughter grew louder.
That day, what the team gained was more than a full catch.
More importantly, we saw another side of each other outside of work: real, relaxed, energetic, and full of life.
Some teammates prepared the tools. Some helped pull in the fishing lines. Some excitedly shared their “results.” Others stood nearby, recording those happy moments. Just like in a project, everyone had their own role, and everyone contributed in their own way.
The next day, the team saw a beautiful rainbow.It stretched across the sky, bright, complete, quiet, and yet full of strength.
After the laughter and relaxation of the day before, seeing this rainbow felt especially meaningful to everyone.
Before a rainbow appears, the sky often goes through wind and rain.
Before a technical breakthrough happens, a team also goes through repeated trials, failures, adjustments, and persistence.
That rainbow felt like a reminder:
As long as the direction is right, and as long as the team is willing to face problems and solve them together, a wider future will always appear ahead.
